Speak up for badgers

Signs of summer
Summer is the time of year when wildlife is most abundant - there is so much to see and explore!
The long summer days are full of life. Bees, butterflies and other amazing insects flit from flower to flower and baby birds chirp at their parents for food.
The activity goes on under cover of darkness - bats sweep swiftly through the air, natterjacks chatter and nightjars churr, while glow-worms adorn the night with pinpricks of light.
The season also marks a great time to get to know moths, dragonflies, crickets, grasshoppers, beetles and all our other amazing minibeasts!
Looking for inspiration on how to connect with wildlife this summer? There are lots of wild ideas on how to support wildlife at home via our Get Wild at Home experience - it is FREE to sign-up.
We've picked some of our favourite summer highlights to look out for below!
