About the event

The sessions follow the Forest School ethos of child-led exploration and play. The sessions aim to provide children and their parents the opportunity to connect with the outside world and to learn a range of new skills. Activities may include fire lighting, tool use, shelter building, wildlife identification and a variety of outdoor crafts and games. Come and give it a go!

These two hour long activities give you and your children the chance to explore the great outdoors, with our Wildchild Team at hand to help you along the way.

All our activities take place outdoors therefore please dress for the weather.Meet us in the outdoor classroom at The Wolseley Centre.

Follow the new accessible path up the hill, passed our Learning Hub and you will find us in the top left corner next to the Tipi. If in doubt ask in reception and they will point you in the right direction.

This event it is essential that you book in advance and we regret to say that if you arrive to the event and have not booked your place you will be unable to join the event.

This is an integrated Aiming High session. Therefore through Aiming High, children with SEND can secure places on this and many other events in the local area for free. Please visit Staffordshire Connects for more details.
