Investigating Historic Graffiti - Trent Valley Past and Present
About the event
From so-called ‘witch-marks’ to initials and dates, from images or figures to hatched lines, graffiti in the past held meanings that can be difficult to decipher. We will survey and accurately record this historic graffiti. Join us to investigate and record historic graffiti at Sinai Park House and discover the rich & varied history of this prominent Grade II listed building, set at the site of a chalybeate (iron-bearing) spring, above the Trent Valley.
Refreshments provided.
