About the event

Want to get the children outdoors this half term? Why not come along and try a new adventure with Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. These two hour long activities give you and your children the chance to explore the great outdoors, with our Wildchild Team at hand to help you along the way.

Join us at Hem Heath for some Autumn Wildplay fun! We might swing in hammocks, build a den, try some wildlife identification, use our senses to explore the area or get crafty and make something to take home. You could also try toasting a snack on the fire.

All our activities take place outdoors therefore please dress for the weather.

This is an Aiming High session. Through Aiming High, children with SEND can secure places on this and many other events in the local area for free. Please visit Staffordshire Connects for more details and to book directly through Aiming High.

How to find us:

Follow the Wildfamilies signs at the entrance to the woods on the World of Wedgwood side, next to the coach parking. The Wildfamilies signs will direct you to where we will be doing our activities. Wellies are recommended.
