Mindful Walking Class

Location: The Wolseley Centre, Wolseley Bridge, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST17 0WT
An introduction to mindfulness and instructions on mindfulness meditation indoors before moving outside to practice mindful walking.
Dates (Saturdays) : 25th May; 13th July; 17th August; 7th September; 12th October; 9th November; 14th December.

About the event

Mindful walking is a way to practice moving without a goal or intention.  It simply means walking while being aware of each step and of our breath.  By tuning into your environment and the sensations in your body as you walk it can help you to focus on the present moment and release the mind from the busyness within and the stresses and strains of daily life.
