About the event
Mindful walking is a way to practice moving without a goal or intention. It simply means walking while being aware of each step and of our breath. By tuning into your environment and the sensations in your body as you walk it can help you to focus on the present moment and release the mind from the busyness within and the stresses and strains of daily life.
