Help a hedgehog

Round, brown and famously covered in spines, the hedgehog is the UK’s most familiar wild animal. They can be spotted in parks and gardens where bushes provide the perfect daytime getaway! They are most active at night and hibernate through winter.

Sadly, hedgehog numbers have fallen by 30 per cent in just over 10 years, there are now thought to be fewer than one million left in the UK. However, you can help support them by making your outdoor space a haven for these wonderful creatures.
