Get wild at Wildplay in Hednesford this summer

Wednesday 12th July 2017

Youngsters in Hednesford can keep themselves busy this summer by attending new Wildplay sessions held by Staffordshire Wildlife Trust.

The Wildplay sessions, designed for families, take place on Tuesday 25th July and Thursday 24th August between 12pm and 5pm at The Old Brickworks nature reserve, and are completely free to attend.

The sessions are drop in events so require no booking and are funded by the Land Trust and Cannock Chase District Council.

Duncan Coleman, Education Services Officer for Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, said:

“With the summer holidays coming up, parents will want to make sure their children have plenty of activities to attend to keep them busy.

“Our Wildplay sessions offer a fun afternoon of activities, games, art and crafts for families at an urban oasis for nature.”

All children who attend must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.
