If you are a member of Staffordshire Wildlife Trust and would like to Gift Aid your donation please complete the form below. If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your gift can be increased by 25 per cent under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. This means that your donation of £20 could be worth an extra £5 to us, and it doesn't cost you a penny!

I want to Gift Aid my donation and any donations I make in future or have made in the past 4 years to Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Please contact our membership team on member@staffs-wildlife.org.uk if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on income and/or capital gains.
