Wigginton Park Management Plan

After a long period of consultation, a management plan has now been adopted for Wigginton Park.

Green Flag Status

Unlike the other sites within the Wild about Tamworth project, Wigginton Park is an open parkland incorporating several rugby pitches and recreational areas.

The Friends group plan to improve this site to provide an excellent, well-maintained accessible green space that meets the needs of the local community.

A management plan has recently been developed and it is hoped that Wigginton Park will achieve Green Flag Status in the near future.
