Opportunities Available

Schools in the target areas will be asked to participate in education visits to 2 or more of the partners sites.  They will be able to take part in a twinning scheme and teachers will be able to participate in free training relating to countryside visits for schools.   You can find out more about some of the sites involved in the project by clicking on the reserve links at the right of the page, or by visiting our partners sites.  There will also be opportunities for school groups and alternative groups, such as Scouts and DofE, to take up free residential trips to the Peak District National Park. Fieldwork opportunities are outlined in the documents at the right hand side of this page - these include curriculum links to Science, Geography, Art and Citizenship.
