Fun and festivities at Trust’s Wolseley Christmas Fayre

Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is preparing to spread some early festive cheer with preparations well underway for its popular annual two-day Christmas Fayre.

The county’s leading nature conservation charity is inviting people to beat the December rush and attend the Christmas Fayre which takes place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th November at its Wolseley Centre headquarters on the A51 between Stafford and Rugeley.

Visitors will get the chance to browse more than 30 stalls over both days, offering a range of locally handmade crafts including jewellery, wood crafts and paintings. The whole of the ground floor of The Wolseley Centre will be filled to the brim with festive fun and festivities.

Alison Holmes, Commercial Manager for Staffordshire Wildlife Trust, said: “The Christmas Fayre is always one of our most enjoyable events of the year and the perfect chance for people to come along and buy a gift for a loved one.

“The event becomes more and more popular with each passing year and we anticipate we’ll be saying the same again.”

Traditional mince pies and mulled wine will also be available as well as cakes and other refreshments.

The Christmas Fayre takes place between 10am to 4pm on both days and admission is £1.50.
