Enjoy the start of summer at Wolseley Centre’s monthly coffee morning with a twist

Wednesday 17th May 2017

Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is holding a Summer Strawberries and Cream on the Lawn event, sponsored by Creative Copy and Colour and supported by Littywood Farm, on its Park Bank at the Wolseley Centre on Friday, 2nd June between 12pm and 3pm.

The Strawberries and Cream event takes place instead of its regular coffee morning, which will return on Friday 8th September.

Sam Pachner, Conference and Events Officer at the Trust, said: “To celebrate the start of summer we thought we'd offer something different to our regular coffee morning.

“People can enjoy eating delicious scones, browse a variety of craft stalls and enjoy a hot beverage in the beautiful surroundings of the Wolseley Centre.

“The event takes place outdoors under starshades, we’re hopeful the sun will be shining down on us for the event.”

The Summer Strawberries event costs £3 per person and includes the first hot drink and clotted cream fresh strawberry scone. People are encouraged to bring their own seating. To book, head to www.staffs-wildlife.org.uk/whats-on or call 01889 880100.
